Workout Bandits™ is designed for the athlete as well as the weekend warrior and everyone in between. Even those with physical limitations or challenges!
There are no shortcuts in Workout Bandits™. There is nothing easy-going, or low-key about our routines—just a different, fun and challenging approach to getting and Staying Fit and Healthy.


Workout Bandits™ is currently offering a special program called “League of Bandits™” which includes "From Start...to Fitness!™" plus additional benefits! This is a very limited Membership. Members of this group will receive exclusive benefits that will include private one-on-one training upon request.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Fit Camp: 12 *Private to Semi-Private Training Sessions (*may include “small group” training) Includes professional 1-on-1 coaching to determine fitness level and create interim modifiers

2-months of Unlimited Training after completion of 12 *Private to Semi-Private Training Sessions. Basic Self-Defense classes are also included during this two-month period.

From Start…to Fitness!™ is about developing lifelong “healthy” habits that will insure you the highest degree of personal fitness. Members in this group have complete access to all available routines. There are no extra costs for small group Personal Training as each class provides attention to body mechanics and functional movement training during every routine! We insure the safety of our Members through both Fit Camp training as well as instruction on applying modifications where needed. When you are at Workout Bandits™ you are always under the guidance and keen eye of a professional trainer where we observe, correct, and improve your performance.
Note that we refer to what we do as “Training.” If you are “Exercising” you are engaged in a physical activity such as riding a bike, running on a treadmill, walking the dog, cleaning the house, or running through the airport! If you are “Training” you are being taught a particular skill or type of behavior. Workout Bandits™ provides high-level Functional Movement “Training” through the application of specifically designed exercises that are performed at a moderate to intense level for 35 – 45 minutes.

Bandit Member Pass

The Bandit Member Pass allows access to all training classes. This program is for those who are unable to commit to a regular weekly schedule but desire to attend the Workout Bandits™ classes as their schedule permits. You simply select the day and time that works best for you. BMPs are issued in the form of Bandit Visitor Cards.
The Bandit Member Pass program is the same as the From Start…to Fitness!™ program with the exception of the number of class visits permitted. While the From Start…to Fitness!™ Member may attend unlimited classes per month; the Bandit Member may only attend the number of classes equal to the number of Bandit Member Passes purchased. A Bandit Member requires the Member to complete Fit Camp.

FortiFIT™ (Fortification through FITness) is “Stage ONE” of FULL-BODY training offered exclusively through Workout Bandits™.

These popular five routines offer a unique mix of proven exercise techniques that include: Karate, Pilates, and Yoga as well as balance and reflex conditioning, strength training, self-defense, and more!
Our trademarked KaPiYo™ creates muscle memory of a variety of martial arts techniques while providing Functional Movement Training. Although you will benefit greatly by regularly attending the five routines found in FortiFIT™, there are 15 other routines—varying in degrees of intensity—that will challenge those who are very fit, including the athlete.
If you desire to take your Fitness and Health to your absolute highest level, we recommend attending our Fit Camp. Fit Camp will get your mind and body ready to go “From Start…to Fitness!™”, a Member program which includes all that Workout Bandits™ offers. Fit Camp will also prepare you for our Elite program "League of Bandits!™".
Workout Bandits™ is a result of decades of experience. As a Member (affectionately referred to as a Bandit), you are not part of an experiment…you are part of a fitness revolution!
FortiFIT™ Member Program: Attend Unlimited FortiFIT™ classes!
Bandit Visitor Card
If your schedule limits your ability to regularly attend training, then you have the option of becoming a Bandit Visitor. The Bandit Visitor can attend the same training found in FortiFIT™. The only difference is the number of times you will be permitted to attend as a “Visitor” vs. that of a FortiFIT™ Member. While the FortiFIT™ Member can attend as many FortiFIT™ classes as they like, the Bandit Visitor is limited to the number of visits they have pre-purchased. This allows you to work around your busy lifestyle while periodically engaging in high-quality training sessions.
Any Member or Non-Member may use their Bandit Visitor Card or Bandit Member Pass to invite anyone they like to try any of the 5-FortiFIT™ classes.
(As with all training classes, a signed waiver is required prior to participation)






Real World Self-Defense
Self-Defense is incomplete unless you are also trained in Awareness, Planning and Preparedness. We call it our Workout Bandits™ APP for real-world self-defense. We will teach you how to be aware of your environment, how to plan for the unknown, and how to prepare yourself both mentally and physically to deal with tense and dangerous situations.
Self-Defense does not require a long-term investment in 'Ninja' training. In a relatively short period of time, you can learn very effective techniques that will usable when you need them.
Be the Victor...Not the Victim!


The Attendees: This is a great course for people returning to college or high school, or work in a high-risk area, or just want to become more "street aware" and gain confidence.
The Trainers: The course is taught by Black Belt Instructors who also teach the Workout Bandits™ routines. Their decades of experience combine real-life events with dojo (martial arts studio) training. They will teach you what worked for them on the street, along with what they were taught in the studio from some of the best instructors in the martial arts.
The Purpose: This course is designed to sharpen your Awareness, help you avoid trouble through Planning, and instill mental and physical Preparedness allowing you to stand your ground when there are no other options! We will teach you to use Minimal moves that achieve Maximum results in real-world situations.
