The Founders of Workout Bandits™ invested over a decade into creating 21 unique conditioning routines using Functional Movement Training (FMT). Each FMT routine is unique in how it addresses a variety of natural everyday challenges that we take for granted until a specific body movement is called into action. This may be in the form of a slip, a stumble, or when you push, pull or lift something, etc. In other words, our FMT routines teach your body to perform at a naturally superior level whether that be in a sport or everyday activities. We call this 2nd Nature™ Performance!

 

Workout Bandits™ integrates Karate, Pilates, Yoga (KaPiYo™) along with resistance and FULL-BODY training into each routine to create a strong new you! When you learn to kick, we're strengthening the legs and the core. When you learn to punch, you're strengthening the upper body (arms, core, back) while also developing hand-eye coordination and balance (especially when you combine the upper and lower movements.) Not to mention the cardio conditioning.

 

You're becoming more flexible, more stable in your 'footing' and your balance is more in harmony in every step you take. FMT strengthens, tones, stabilizes, balances and reshapes you into a much stronger, more functional you!

Rogue: After your first year in the Workout Bandits™ program you can expect to reach Rogue level, which reflects a "no excuse" commitment to staying fit and healthy.

 

​

Elite: As you continue, you will become more mentally, physically and nutritionally fit which prepares you for the Elite level. You will clearly notice and display above average functional movement and athleticism (strength, balance, reflexes, endurance, flexibility, and confidence through self-defense and full-body training.)

​

​

Phoenix: Phoenix is a person or thing regarded as uniquely remarkable in some respect. This is an apt description of someone who dedicates the time and demonstrates the discipline to make fitness and health a lifestyle. They’ve made no excuses, have shown up, invested the time and sweat, and have earned the level of Phoenix.

Master: The final level is that of Master. Master level is for those who have been in the Workout Bandits™ program for 4 years or longer and have demonstrated a proven commitment to living a fit and healthy lifestyle and have ‘mastered’ the Workout Bandits™ system. What you have learned becomes "2nd Nature ." Be Proud...you have created a "New You!"
